- Free guide email: if you request the free 7-Day Chinese Self-Care Starter Guide, we collect the email address you submit so we can send the private download link.
- Email delivery records: our delivery system stores a limited record of guide requests, including the email address, request source, and last sent time, to send the guide and reduce repeated sends.
- Purchase delivery: if you buy a digital product, the payment platform and delivery system may process the email address and transaction reference needed to deliver the PDF.
- Direct emails: if you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.
How We Use Your Email
- To send the free guide or digital product download link you requested.
- To send occasional Chinese self-care education related to the guide, when you have opted in.
- To respond to support questions or delivery issues.
Email Verification and Delivery
The free guide is not offered as a public instant download. After you submit the form, the private download link is sent to the email address you entered. This means the guide is only accessible to someone who can open that inbox.
Service Providers
We use Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, and Cloudflare R2 to process guide requests, store limited delivery records, and host private PDF files. We use Resend to send delivery emails. Digital purchases are processed by PayPal.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or retargeting scripts on this website.
Unsubscribe and Deletion
You can unsubscribe from future educational emails at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or contacting us at the email below. You can also ask us to delete your email record where legally and technically possible.
